virus protection - runs an update to the virus definition files

first click ACG anti-virus and click update now

schedule a full system scan for 10:00 am every friday

fist cilck AVG anti-virus and click scanner  then  click edit scan schedule then you can see run at specific time select days on friday and 10:00  and save it

install service pack 2 patches for windows xp

 defragment drive , defragment the drive  first right click the drive wich you want to defragment choose property. then click the system tool , now you can see the defragment now option . click defragment now then it will pop out a windows  show you 3 option  choose the defragment now then choose the dick which you want to defragment. (see img above)

drive formatting

to do the drive formatting first right click the drive which you want to format and click the format option,after that you will see the window you can choose capacity file systemand allocation unit size

then choose the quick format.(but becareful if you have virus inside drive quick format won't eliminate）

install and run a firewall

copy 

to copy the file first right click the file which you want to copy and choose the copy option from menu.

delete file

to delete file as well as right click the file which you want to deleted and  delete it , you can press ctrl+d  and press y

creat a folder

creat a folder  first right click the blank space on window  choose new and select folder. then you can creat a folder.

use compression software first select the files which you want to back-up and then right click the add to archive then rename it and save it to CD

how to burn cd
       first insert blank cd then choose the software to burn CD  choose the cd type select the file  and add file   then choose the burning button , click burn .
